By registering and using the LIKESTER platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and policies. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LIKESTER under the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001). Please read carefully before using our services.
(1) LIKESTER is an online digital service platform providing social media marketing (SMM) services, including but not limited to: likes, followers, views, comments, and other social media engagement services across various platforms. All services provided are digital services delivered electronically through automated systems.
(2) The services provided are for promotional and marketing purposes only. LIKESTER does not guarantee permanent results, as engagement metrics are subject to adjustments by the respective social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter). Service descriptions display estimated delivery amounts and timeframes.
(3) By registering an account or using any service on LIKESTER, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service in their entirety. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement under the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544, Sections 9 and 13. LIKESTER shall not be liable for any loss arising from failure to read these terms.
(4) These Terms of Service may be amended at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
(5) You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed authorized by you. LIKESTER is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information.
(6) Wallet top-ups are processed through approved payment channels (PromptPay QR, bank transfer, or other available methods). Once payment is confirmed and credits are added to your wallet, the transaction is considered complete and final. Digital credits are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
(7) By completing a top-up, you acknowledge that the digital credits are delivered instantly and you expressly waive the right to cancel or request a refund for the credited amount, in accordance with the nature of instantly-delivered digital goods.
(8) Placing an order constitutes confirmation that you have carefully reviewed the service details, pricing, and delivery terms. Orders cannot be modified, altered, or cancelled once submitted, as the automated delivery process begins immediately.
(9) Before placing an order, you must verify that the target content (link/URL) is publicly accessible — not set to private, hidden, or restricted to specific audiences. If the content is inaccessible, the service may not be delivered and no refund will be issued for incomplete delivery caused by restricted content.
(10) Do not place duplicate orders for the same link while an existing order is still in progress. You may place a new order only after the current order status shows as completed. Duplicate orders may cause delivery issues and will not be eligible for refund.
(11) Refill (top-up of reduced engagement) is available only for services that have a specified warranty period. The system can refill up to the original starting amount plus the ordered quantity only.
(12) If the current count drops below the starting amount (before order), refill cannot be processed even within the warranty period, as the reduction may be caused by other orders or external factors.
(13) Refill processing and order cancellation are at the sole discretion of LIKESTER. If an order is cancelled by the system, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your wallet balance.
(14) Service purchases are your sole responsibility. LIKESTER shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to: account suspension, content removal, or any action taken by social media platforms against your account.
(15) Any attempt to defraud, exploit, or abuse the system — including but not limited to: submitting fake payment evidence, using unauthorized payment methods, exploiting system errors, or filing fraudulent chargebacks — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of remaining balance, and cancellation of all pending services. LIKESTER reserves the right to pursue legal action under the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550, Section 14, and/or the Criminal Code, Section 343.
(16) Each order placed through the platform is intentional and authorized by you. Transaction logs, IP addresses, timestamps, and payment records maintained by LIKESTER constitute evidence of service usage and delivery.
Important: By topping up and using the services, you acknowledge that this is a digital service that is delivered instantly. Once credits are added or an order is placed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.

Please read carefully: LIKESTER provides digital services that are delivered instantly through automated systems. Due to the nature of digital goods, all completed transactions are final. Please top up only the amount you intend to use.
(1) No cash refunds for wallet top-ups. Once payment is confirmed and credits are added to your wallet, the amount is non-refundable. This is because digital credits are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, and the service has been fully rendered at the point of credit issuance.
(2) Your wallet balance does not expire. You may use it at any time to purchase any available service. Therefore, please top up only the amount you need.
(3) If an order is cancelled by the system (not by user request), the order amount will be refunded to your wallet balance. Refunds are issued as wallet credit only — not as cash, bank transfer, or any other form.
(4) LIKESTER does not provide refunds for completed orders regardless of satisfaction with the results, as the digital service has been fully delivered. You acknowledge that engagement results may vary and are subject to social media platform policies.
(5) In the event of a system error where payment is confirmed but credits are not added, please contact us with your payment evidence (transaction slip, reference number, timestamp). We will verify and resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Warning: Filing a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback is a serious matter with legal consequences.
